White spaces above 3 GHz

Yesterday, I gave a pitch for more access, on a secondary use basis, to the vast swaths of spectrum above 3 GHz - spectrum that is largely unused in most locations most of the time.  Then I gave an update on netBlazr and how we are using the existing license-exempt spectrum in the 5 GHz band (over 500 MHz in the US).
