Mobile has overtaken fixed in Moscow

There are multiple pay telephones near the exit from most Moscow Metro stations, but in eleven days in Moscow and many rides on the subway, I never saw a payphone in use.  This was the more typical scene.

Of course I shouldn't have been surprised.  Mobile teledensity is over 100, i.e. there are more active SIM cards than people in the Russian Federation.
